CONTEXT
PPG – Revocoat a specialist in adhesives and silicones for automotive industry, has entrusted us with automation of all its mixers in the site of the St Just en Chaussée (60).
Design, manufacturing, programming, installation and commissioning of 14 mixers at PPG’s Saint Just en Chaussée site, which were previously non-automated.
Further to this project, our customer entrusted us with the revamping of supervision and PLC of its “Bag breakers and Powder Blender” installation.
We replaced the obsolete PLC cards, installed and programmed a supervision screen for operator assistance.
