CONTEXT
Our Customer Laiterie Saint-Père (44) entrusted Bossard teams with the pneumatic revamping of HASSIA packaging line.
Electrical survey :
– On-site surveys of the existing installation for preparation of the new installation design.
Automation study :
This offer includes :
– Functional analysis of the new homogenizer.
– HASSIA PLC program updating.
– Updating of supervision system, with creation of a new view dedicated to the new pneumatic islands.
– FAT file
On-site works :
Removal of existing equipment :
– Decabling and removal of the 7 existing pneumatic islands.
– Removal of all cables up to electrical cabinet.
– Removal of existing pneumatic hoses between islands and actuators.
New pneumatic installation :
– Installation of an IO-LINK IFM master module.
– Installation of 4 new pneumatic islands, including air supply.
– Replacement of all pneumatic hoses between islands and actuators.
Testing and commissioning :
Test and validation of each solenoid valve on the new pneumatic islands.
– Process testing and validation.
– Assistance with return to production
– Training
Project Constraint :
Management of a very short shutdown and relay of site teams and 2×8 commissioning.
